RENTAL MARKETING

We have access to the MLS, Rent.com, Realtor.com, Zillow andapartments.com that will all be utilized to rent the units at NO extra charge to the property owners.

RENT COLLECTION

Everything is done through our portals all my direct payment with debit/Credit/ACH.

INSPECTIONS

Our team will conduct onsite property visits and walkthroughs every 120 days on all leased units. We do this to verify compliance and survey the condition of the units at these marked dates.

TENANT SCREENING

We pre screen all tenants personally online with background checks. We will cover the eviction costs and costs to lease a unit again if we have to evict a tenant we chose
for that particular unit.

MAINTENANCE

We will coordinate all repairs/maintenance needs with our vendors and the owners
approval of all work orders prior to starting the work.

EVICTION

Eviction is possibly your biggest fear. But rest assured, if an eviction becomes necessary, our team will  execute the process and rent your property to a qualified tenant.

We also retain an eviction company, attorney, and on-call maintenance services to address any issues that may arise. All systems are online, giving tenants convenient access to pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and ensuring we thoroughly screen all applicants before a lease is signed.

Eviction Guarantee

We’ll place the right tenants for your property. If a tenant we approved must be evicted, we’ll personally cover up to $1,000 in legal costs.

Contract Guarantee
